Boyce Dunn

A native of Pickens County, SC, Boyce Dunn was raised among a family of construction professionals which compelled him to want to become a builder. Boyce achieved a B.A. from Clemson University in 1999 which then led him to his first job with Ferguson Enterprises in Charleston, SC where he sold plumbing, electrical supplies and lighting to local contractors. Within a few years, he was recruited by one of his clients, Hidden Oaks Properties, to build custom homes on Daniel Island, SC. During this time, he built high-end custom homes, some of which were featured in the Daniel Island Parade of Homes as well as SC Homes and Gardens and Charleston Magazine.

Boyce and his wife, Karen (1997 Clemson graduate), married and were blessed with three children. In 2011, his family moved back to his hometown in the upstate where he began working with Vista Homes. He began with Vista as a Project Manager and was soon after promoted to Vice President of Production.

Throughout his career in construction, Boyce has had lengthy experience working on high-end custom homes, semi-custom homes and commercial/residential remodeling. He enjoys working with homeowners and prides himself on making every step of the construction process go as smoothly as possible for his clients.

Karen Dunn

Karen graduated from Clemson University in 1997 and received her B.S. in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing. She has over 20 years of experience in the business industry.

She grew her professional career over the years by working with companies such as Bank of America in Charlotte, NC (as Corporate Planner), Braintree Laboratories, MA (as Pharmaceutical Sales Trainer) , and Tigertown Graphics (as Director of Human Resources).

In 2018, Karen's entrepreneurial spirit prompted her to start her own business, Simply Dunn, LLC, where she offers services to clients in the areas of Interior Decorating, Organization, Staging and Move Management. In addition to her business, Karen also helps Southern Creek's clients' with their design selections.
